Evergreen Capital is a capital structuring, transaction advisory and brokerage firm with a proven track record. We've arranged over R1bn for South African and UK SMEs. We sit between business owners on one side and banks, private lenders, institutional capital providers and strategic buyers on the other. We don't lend our own balance sheet. We structure, arrange and advise. Our mandate is to get the right capital, at the right terms, into the right transaction - and we operate on a strict success-fee basis. If your deal doesn't close, we don't get paid. That's the only alignment that matters.
About Us
Based in Johannesburg, we operate predominantly across South Africa. Our work spans commercial property acquisitions, business acquisitions and buyouts, development finance, structured and specialised funding, and select strategic introductions between capital and opportunity. We bring over 30 years of combined commercial experience, relationships with a broad network of funders and lenders across multiple jurisdictions, and a structural literacy that allows us to optimise capital stacks - not just fill them. We work with a small number of clients at any one time, and we treat each transaction with the same focus: finding the most efficient, defensible structure for your capital, and executing it cleanly from mandate to close.
